Any order becomes binding once it is confirmed via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of fraud, obvious errors, or payment issues.

5. Delivery
Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Lilledrøm cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control (transport, customs, etc.).

Refund Policy – Lilledrøm

1. Right of Withdrawal
You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return and a full refund, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

2. Excluded Products
Customized items, wallpapers, and wall murals cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Procedure
Contact us at contakt@lilledrom.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you instructions and the return address.
If the item is defective or an error was made on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
In other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Refund
Once the item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
